The Monmouth Beach Law Enforcement Against Drugs Program is under the direct supervision of Sgt. Peter J. Rechtman.  The L.E.A.D. program is designed to promote positive, pro-social attitudes and behaviors, while fostering  healthy relationships related to the resistance to substance abuse and conflict.  The program focuses on goal setting, decision making and conflict resolution.  Questions regarding the Monmouth Beach program can be directed to Sgt.
